REQUIREMENTS:

Safety is our top concern and we work closely with our legal staff and insurance company to ensure that we have the safest drivers on the road.

• Preferred age of 21 or older
• Minimum of one year or 100K miles verifiable driving experience in last three years
• No more than ONE moving violations in the past three years
• No “serious” violations (i.e., reckless or careless driving, DUI, driving commercial vehicle with out CDL in drivers possession, etc.) in the past five years
• No more than one preventable accidents in the past two years
• No DOT reportable with receiving a citation that related to a fatality
• No more than three jobs in the past three years

BENEFITS

SETTLEMENTS (Issued every Friday unless QuickPay requested)
      A)  Owner Operator receives 92% of the gross
           $350 plus tax/week charge if leasing our trailer

     B)  Owner Operator receives 92% of the gross
           Direct Deposit available
           $350 plus tax/week charge if leasing our trailer

      Average Annual Revenue is $4,000-$6,000 weekly in gross revenue                              

MISCELLANEOUS

Inspections: All Owner Operators are required to have truck/trailer inspection.

Fuel Tax: Owner Operator is responsible for fuel tax from mileage and fuel purchases

Authority: CodeOne Inc has 48 state authority

Dispatch: No forced

Tolls and Maintenance Reports: Owner Operators are required to pay tolls and maintain service records

Hard Hats,  Safety Glasses, Steel Toed Shoes and Safety Vests: Required.

2290 Form: Must be filled out and filed by Owner Operator by deadline (August 21). We must have a copy of returned stamped “PAID” or “RECEIVED” form.

Costs: 50% of Insurance down payment is required

• Drivers License – same state as you reside
• Social Security card 
• Drug Test Result (CDL only)
• Copy of Registration Cards for Truck/Trailer
• Copy of Title or MSO for Truck (front and back)
• Copy of stamped “PAID” 2290 (heavy use tax)

UP FRONT MONEY

• DRIVEWYZE bypass covered by CodeOne Inc
• 50%  of Insurance down payment $750 estimated
• Lettering: $150 estimated
• ELD  $100 estimated

DEDUCTIONS (Monthly)

• Trailer rental fees $350 + sales tax weekly (if applicable)
• Security Reserve ($1500 minimum)- $28.85 per settlement
• ELD Equipment- Motive supplied $75 per month

    INSURANCE 

• General/Auto/Cargo Insurance: average $750/Month (Based on $1,000,000 coverage & $250,000 cargo coverage @ $184.99 per week = $739.96/Month)
• OCAC  $150 per month (if applicable)
• Insurance down payment balance $14.04 estimated per settlement until satisfied
• Future insurance down payment $28.46 per settlement until $1480.00 insurance down payment is satisfied

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Owner/Operators to join our team for various freight and delivery services. If you own a semi-truck/trailer, semi truck or hotshot and are looking to lease on with a reputable freight company, this opportunity provides a flexible and professional environment for skilled drivers committed to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Experience in one of various types of trailers: refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trailers, and hot shots, step-decks, RGN, etc.
• Drive on designated routes ensuring timely delivery of freight across multiple locations.
• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently (if required) adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route changes or delivery issues.
• Assist in securing freight for transport using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating different types of machinery (if required)
• Driver experience with freight handling is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of route driving and load & unload procedures.
• Proven track record of safe driving practices in commercial settings.
• Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with trucking regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
